Jensen Docking Speaker Station for iPod/iPhone (Black)

Jensen Docking Speaker Station for iPod/iPhone (Black) Review

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive small speaker dock for my office at work to play and charge my iTouch. The Jensen Docking Speaker Station is the perfect size, is attractive and is solidly built. The sound is decent. The landscape feature is cool (it effortlessly moves the iPod from a vertical to horizonal position). My only complaint is the volume control buttons are not sensitive enough. I must keep the music very low at work. I find the control either has it too loud or too soft. So, I have to keep fiddling with it to get it just right. And, the cost is a bit pricey for what you get (but all the iPod docks are pricey it seems). I would recommend the Jensen Docking Speaker Station if you don’t have to be concerned with keeping the volume low. Other than that, it is a pretty neat little docking station.

Jensen iPod/iPhone docking speaker – Victor C. –
Great unit for its price, great sound from such a small item. Great for viewing a movie and the charging feature is a plus! Highly recommended.

Poor volume control ruins this player – ccampin – San Diego, CA United States
I saw the previous reviewer’s comments about the poor volume control, but figured it was still worth ordering. Unfortunately, the volume controls are even worse than I feared. There are buttons for volume up and down, and one push of the button makes a huge change in the volume. Everything is either too loud or too soft, and it ruins listening to it much more than I expected. Avoid.
